Do I need to program or set up the card?
No. We set it up for you. You simply provide your business name and the correct Google Business Profile so we can link and test your card before sending it.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once for your card. There is no TapRibbon subscription or recurring card fee.
Can any business use it?
Any business with a Google Business Profile that accepts reviews can use it—from local shops and salons to service businesses and offices.
How does tapping work?
The card uses NFC. Customers hold an NFC-compatible phone near the card, then tap the notification to open your Google review page. Phone settings and the position of the NFC reader can vary.
Do customers need an app?
They don’t need a TapRibbon app. The card opens your Google review link. Google may ask the customer to sign in to a Google account before posting a review.
What does the 60-day guarantee cover?
If the card isn’t right for your business, request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the card purchase price. Original shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, and return postage is your responsibility. See our Return Policy for details. Does it need batteries or charging?
No. The NFC card works without a battery, charger, or Wi-Fi connection of its own. Your customer’s phone needs internet access to open Google.
Does it come with a stand or retractable clip?
